We collaborate on eye-level with our customers and tech-experts from MaibornWolff across various specialties and maintain a holistic view, ensuring that every design facet is meticulously crafted.

Your out-of-the-box strategies and deep understanding of social media will bring fresh, innovative ideas to make our brand shine. Your efforts will not only establish our presence but also ensure our digital marketing and community management is engaging and impactful. Ultimately, your work will significantly contribute to our brand’s success by fostering vibrant online relationships and creating compelling content. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to craft and execute marketing strategies that captivate our audience.

Your Role

• Take a leadership role in creating and executing marketing and communication strategies across various digital media, applying your entrepreneurial spirit and creativity.
• Manage our social media profiles, create engaging content, and measure the impact of our campaigns.
• Perform metric analysis and generate reports on the performance of our strategies to achieve marketing goals.
• Foster and manage relationships with our followers and clients across various online platforms.
• Develop simple visuals and interactive content for the community, utilizing material from the team for more demanding content.

Your Profile

• You are a final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields.
• You are proficient with digital marketing tools and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
• You are creative, you have an eye for detail and strong communication skills.
• You ideally have basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in additional German skills are plus.
