Application questions:

Definitely your resume, preferably at least one page. You are also welcome to send us a letter of motivation, references and certificates.

We would like to get to know you as a person. How you introduce yourself is completely up to you. You can just tell us a little bit about yourself. Or if you want, you can create a presentation or do something completely different. Do something you feel comfortable with.

In this part of getting to know you, we want to code together, structure processes or look at other challenges. We are not so much interested in the result; we would rather see how you approach the question.

Certainly not to evaluate your personality. We love diversity and are proud of our different personalities. In the personality interview, you fill out a questionnaire about your personal motivations in advance. This is exciting for you and provides a great conversation starter. We can also discuss together where you can find what motivates and drives you.

No, a cover letter is not mandatory. A CV is often enough for us. For unsolicited applications, however, we would be grateful for a cover letter in which you briefly explain what role you would like to take on with us.

Each position can also be filled on a part-time basis. Some positions, especially internal positions, require a certain minimum number of hours. It is best to write us in your application how many hours you would like to work.

You can of course apply to us again.

You will find a link to our contact form with every job advert. Simply send us your questions and we will get back to you.

Immediately after receipt of your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. We always strive to move the rest of the process forward as quickly as possible.

Simply apply for several positions or for one position with a short message attached stating which other locations you are interested in.

Questions about development:

If you do not use your entire continuing education budget, the remaining amount will be forfeited. Each year, you have 1.5 times your gross monthly salary at your disposal. In the new year you will have the full amount as a budget again.

No, a payout is not possible.

Yes, you can use your continuing education budget as you see fit and as it relates to your job. Because we are convinced that you know best what will take you further. If you need support, your manager, colleagues, or our Campus team will be there to help you.

You can consult with your manager about what training will be useful. You will also learn from colleagues which seminars they attended and found useful. A third option is our Campus team. They can also advise you and help you find suitable activities.

We have a salary model with levels. Once a year, there will be an employee appraisal in which you will discuss your development with your manager. If you have developed professionally, you move up a level. We also pay attention to a peer comparison so that the ratings are as fair as possible.

Questions about working at MaibornWolff:

We do not have a dress code. Wear what you feel comfortable in and what is appropriate for the occasion. Most with us in the summer wear T-shirt, shorts, a skirt, or dress. In winter jeans and sweaters. Some like to wear a shirt or even a jacket sometimes. You will hardly ever find a suit here.

With us you are flexible. You work part of the week in the office and part from home. You decide when you work where.

How much you travel depends on the project and also the client. Since 2020, we have increasingly been working remotely on our projects, yet we are still on-site with our clients. Basically, you should be willing to travel.
