An outstanding user experience is an absolute must for digital products. Whether B2B or B2C, it is no longer about simply digitizing processes. It’s about designing applications with sustainable added value.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Complex business processes must be examined from a user-centric perspective. By “users” we really mean everyone who comes into contact with them: End users, customer departments, developers. We product designers must think of these perspectives as a whole. When designing, concrete measurement criteria provide orientation. KPIs supplement opinions with facts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
